Services

Once a client has evaluated and accepted our proposal for any service offered by STX Consulting, they will be asked for payment in advance. These services represent real costs expended by STX Consulting, even if the client later decides to cancel the service. For these reasons, any and all Service Fees are non-refundable.

Digital Products

If you do not receive an email from us within 5 business days from the day of purchase to the email address you provided to us, you can request a full refund. Otherwise, once you receive your download instruction email, the product is considered delivered and non-returnable, so there are no refunds.

Services

Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of the performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon the performance of the services.

 

Digital Products

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. 

When you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.

In case you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.
